Bauerfeind Ankle

AchilloTrain Pro

The Bauerfeind AchilloTrain® ankle brace provides therapeutic support and treatment for Achillodynia and Achilles tendon ruptures. The active knitted support sleeve and integrated, viscoelastic tendon pad are anatomically contoured for maximum comfort. The profile tendon insert provides uniform pressure and a local massage effect during movement. The integrated tendon pad is viscoelastic and anatomically contoured to provide support and cushioning. The profile insert runs alongside the Achilles tendon to produce uniform application of pressure and a local massage effect during movement. This mode of action improves metabolism locally and reduces edema.

MalleoTrain S

The MalleoTrain relieves ankle pain and swelling during sports and everyday activities. This knitted ankle support incorporates an anatomically contoured silicone insert behind each ankle bone which leaves the ankle bones pressure-free and provide intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the reduction of swelling and edema. Promotes proprioception, thus heightening sensory awareness in the ankle for increased joint stabilization. Anatomical knit carries controlled compression graduated at the edges to prevent constriction of circulation The lightweight, breathable knit will not retain heat and is completely machine washable.

Airloc

The Bauerfeind AirLoc ® is a stabilizing orthosis for the ankle. Anatomical contoured plastic shells, individually adjustable velcro fastenings, and inflatable air cushions, make the brace effective and comfortable. AirLoc ® counteracts ankle twisting and stabilizes the lateral ligaments of the ankle.

EpiTrain

The EpiTrain Elbow support incorporates two anatomically contoured silicone inserts surrounding the medial and lateral elbow bones (epicondyles) and lying over the flexor and extensor muscles. The silicone inserts leave the elbow bones pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema. This promotes proprioception, thus heightening sensory awareness in the elbow for increased joint stabilization.
